Royal Commercial Real Estate LLC was pleased to assist Just Love Coffee in opening their first franchise store in Mesa, Arizona. Just Love Coffee is a franchise based in Nashville, Tennessee and this store is the first one in Arizona. The menu features select coffee and waffle creations that are southern in flair but updated for easy-to-serve options and on-the-go customers.

The owner and operator of the franchise is Mitch Korrub, who is also a partner in Royal Commercial Real Estate. Mitch felt that the Valley was ready for a unique take on drive-thru food service, and the JLC franchise will bring the residents of the SE part of the Valley some unique tastes. The menu has many variations on waffle and sandwich creations with tasty drink options available. The new store in Mesa has a sit-down and drive-through option available to customers.

Royal Commercial Real Estate looks forward to assisting in the acquisition of additional sites for the JLC franchise by using the expertise of the company acquired over many years of commercial real estate experience. JLC Arizona envisions several locations in the SE part of the Valley and then several more locations on the West side of the Valley to service that growing area of the region.
