History
Royal Commercial Real Estate LLC was formed when the founding members decided that there had to be a better approach to commercial real estate with a focus on the individual client’s needs and more personal service rather than the approach of many firms on the numbers of transactions they can close. Thirty years of collective commercial real estate experience in brokerage, property management, development and investing taught the firm’s founders many important lessons about how to succeed in the difficult world of commercial and investment real estate. Each client and company has a unique situation and goals that must be carefully considered to arrive at the optimum property and transaction formula.
